Orders are typically shipped 5 business day after the order has been placed. From time to time, we may get backed up a day or two. Please note that all of our orders are packed and sent by real people in a warehouse in Nagoya,Japan.

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
Orders are shipped via UPS International services to most locations. Delivery is generally made within 2-8 business days, pending customs clearance. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.

In some cases where weight or size restrictions are exceeded it may be necessary for additional carriage charges to be levied. If this is the case you will be contacted by email.
